Computer crime encompass a broad range of potentially illegal activities, one of them is "CYBER CRIME".

Cyber crime encompasses any criminal act dealing with computers and networks (called hacking). Additionally, cyber crime also includes traditional crimes conducted through the Internet. This way of act is so dangerous because it conducts so many illegal activities such as "Cyberterrorism",this can be defined as an act of terrorism committed through the use of cyberspace or computer resources, the example of this is the bombing in the World Trade Center.
Who can forget what happened last September 11, 2001 on the World Trade Center, so many innocent people died because of the terrorism and sad to say but the terrorists used cyber technology to kill innocent people. As you can see in the illustration above, that will be result if the cyber crime occur....
*** So no to Cyber crime, "Cyberterrorism" and live in a peaceful life***

Under the current laws the responsible for the identify theft is the consumer itself,
because they should not must not trust any people,specially for there personal & important things such as credit card no. & passwords.If you receive your credit card from the company card your the one who is responsible for that thing,as the consumer also they should know that now a days there are so many scamming or hackers.And for the number two question should the law be change or stop it?No.It is not the law will changed,it is the consumer & the government are the number one who is stealing the money of the people, that's why there are rampant stealing.A good leader must be a good follower.


For me the appropriate punishment for the identity thieve is torturing w/ them so that the other thieves will stop stealing,
and for that punishment not theft will exist again.It is easy to handle w/ the thieves in the internet, you just ignore and not entertain those kind of people.the advice that i can give to the credit card holder,they should be more responsible
for there card,and not trust other people automatically,and ask the assistance to the company card if someone who is suspeciuos,.
